- Find and approach new clients for the agency. (99% finding new clients)
- Research potential clients and create a list of targets.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and secure new business.
- Build strong relationships with marketing managers and decision-makers.
- Present agency services like branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales goals.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to connect with potential clients.

- Male/Female aged 30-39 years old
- Bachelor degree of business administrative, digital marketing or other related field
- Experience in Business Development, sales (seek for new clients) for at least 5 years
- Candidate who has experience in marketing but would like to be sales or business development cab be considered
- Ability of Computer program (MS Office)
- Can work independent (no other member in the same role)
- Good command of English skill (Japanese skill is preferable)
