・ Effectively manage and control the use of both direct and indirect raw materials.
・ Oversee, control, and improve processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
・ Lead morning meetings to share information, motivate the team, and set priorities to achieve targets.
・ Take responsibility for any irregularities and implement permanent corrective actions.
・ Provide clear guidance to subordinates based on standardised information to minimise operational errors.
・ Maintain good coordination with relevant departments.
・ Understand and uphold responsibilities within ISO systems.
・ Implement and enforce work instructions.
Carry out other assigned tasks as required.

・ Male/Female (Male preferred), age around 25 - 30 years old
・ Thai Nationality
・ High Vocational/Vocational Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or other related fields
・ Direct experience as a Production Engineer with knowledge and experience in SMT is required.
*If possible, experience working in a Japanese company or partner with a Japanese company and involved with PCBA Business would be best
・ At least 2 years of experience in production control and handling machines in the line.
・ Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE).
・ Ability to summarise and report information clearly and concisely.
・ Previous training in both HR and non-HR topics would be an advantage.


【Note: Following are nice-to-have skills】
・Experience in acquiring and operating ISO or IATF certification
・Experience in hosting an internal production meeting
・Experience in Consideration of Packing specifications and cost reduction
