・ Preparation of new products and improvement of productivity in the production line
・ Handle quality improvement and permanent measures in the production line
・ Create work instructions and train operators.
・ Take responsibility for any irregularities and implement permanent corrective actions.
・ Provide clear guidance to subordinates based on standardised information to minimise operational errors.
・ Maintain good coordination with relevant departments.
・ Understand and uphold responsibilities within ISO systems.
・ Implement and enforce work instructions.
・ Carry out other assigned tasks as required.

・ Male/Female (Male preferred), age around 25 - 35 years old
・ Thai Nationality
・ Bachelor's Degree in any field but prefer in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
・ Experience in SMT or PCBA Process and experience in setting up/programming SMT AOI machine
・ Experience working in a Japanese automotive parts company is a significant advantage
・ Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE).
・ Ability to summarise and report information clearly and concisely.
・Experience in acquiring and operating ISO or IATF certification
