• Work with team to successfully create clients over South East Asia to expand company services and introduce our Systemic Coaching™ for organizational transformation.
• Be expert of the company latest Systemic Coaching™ concept while playing an active role to create collaboration and alignment within/across organization for development projects.
• Using training and maximize resources to continuously develop own self as qualified executive/learning coach. In the meantime, uphold high standard of a coaching in 1on1 and group setup to enhance sustainable organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with internal and external party within and across countries to increase high service quality and business expansion.

・Any gender, Age 30-35 years old (Thai or Japanese nationality)
・Bachelor's degree in any related fields
・Candidates who have study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or the U.S. are welcome
・More than 5 years of working experience in Sales, Consultant or Coach
・Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1), English (Intermediate level)
・No coaching knowledge or background required.
・Multitasking skills
・Candidates who enjoy collaborating in a team-oriented environment
