• Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations, including raw material planning, supplier performance, inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, whilst supporting cost-reduction initiatives and continuous operational improvement.
• Manage domestic and international purchasing activities, including the preparation and expediting of purchase orders and requisitions.
• Monitor raw material shipments and inventory levels to meet company targets and production requirements.
• Ensure the timely availability of goods and services in line with business schedules.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective purchasing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor activities, including importation processes and customs clearance.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Manage inventory to optimise stock levels whilst maintaining operational efficiency.
• Oversee materials and parts control to support uninterrupted production with limited resources.
• Supervise export processes for sample parts and manage shipping arrangements for imported materials and products.
• Control freight and logistics costs in support of company cost-saving objectives.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and other key departments to ensure cost-effective and timely operations.
• Contribute to cross-functional implementation and project teams as a materials representative.
• Support company investment projects through effective procurement management.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the purchasing and store team, building capability for future leadership.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements and occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee contract agreements to ensure full legal and policy compliance.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain consistent performance metrics.

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience within a purchasing or procurement environment.
• Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of contract law and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Competence in data analysis and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP and commercial or financial processes would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience leading cross-functional or remote teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
• Effective presentation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a focus on business and customer needs.
