Base salary 40,000-60,000 depends on experiences

• Manage all technical aspects including the distribution or projects of Hikvision products
•Provide products demo, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers
• Responsible for project management and project delivery
• Advice the installation and configuration and how to use Hikvision Software.
• Create, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting
documentation as needed
• Provide product and solution training for customers and users
• Resolves user problems with CCTV Systems, Access Control, Turnstile, ANPR etc

• Male, Age is not over 38 years old
•Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information
systems is preferred.
• At least 2 -year- experiences in technical support, familiar with security products
•Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or
information systems
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.; work
well under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Have Car driving license and have own car
