・Lead and mentor the architectural design team
・Assign tasks, oversee workflows and support team development
・In charge as the Project Architect of each project to follow up until the project handover
・Take care in design development process including material sample board, presentation board, etc.
・In charge of License Architect for Construction Permit
・In charge in design process and presentation
・To be the coordinator and representative for construction permit

・Male or Female / Age 35-50 years old
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor's degree in architecture
・At least 8-10 years experience of Architectural design with team management experience 3-5 years
・Preferred the experience in Japanese construction company or Japanese client's project
・Good command in English
・Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, related program
・Strong leadership and decision-making skill
・Ability to manage multiple design team and project schedule effectively
・2nd Class License is required (ระดับสามัญ)
