・Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with overall business objectives.
・Oversee HRM functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
・Lead HRD initiatives such as training and development programs, career path planning, and talent management.
・Foster positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement across the company.
・Optimize and manage HRIS systems to improve the efficiency of HR operations.
・Provide strategic HR consultation to top management including labor law compliance and conflict resolution.
・Monitor and evaluate HRM & HRD performance metrics and report to executives.

・Male or Female / Age 45-50 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bacheloree or higher in Human Resource, Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
・At least 8-10 years of experience in both HRM and HRD in manufacturing plant (Size 800-1,000 employees), including managerial role with a minimum of 5-8 years.
・Experience in payroll, employee relations, training, and recruitment.
・Experience in coordinating, negotiating, and resolving problems with labor unions.
・Good command of spoken and written in English
・Proficiency in Japanese is advantage (Preferred)
・Microsoft Excel , Word , PowerPoint, and Outlook
・Proficient in HRIS systems and digital HR tools. Software: SAP
・Strong knowledge of labor laws and current HR trends and best practices.
・Excellent leadership, planning, decision-making, and communication skills.
・Course creation and instructional design skills.
・Project management proficiency.
・Evaluation and reporting skills.
