・Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and training & development.
・Act as an interpreter for Japanese management in meetings and internal communications.
・Handle Compliance tasks, ensuring alignment with HQ and Thai regulations.
・Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
・Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
・Provide guidance to management on HR and compliance matters.
・Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

・Male or Female / Age 38-45 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
・Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
・Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and compliance requirements.
・Experience in payroll, employee relations, and recruitment.
・Good command of spoken and written in English
・TOEIC score of 650 or above.
・Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or N1 (mandatory)
・Microsoft Excel , Word , PowerPoint, and Outlook
・Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
