1. Coordinate and Manage Promotion Areas
- Supervise the promotion area, equipment, and overall orderliness at the work site.
- Organize promotions, news announcements, or other channels at the branches.
- Arrange on-counter promotions and coordinate product orders (Credit Sales).

2. Achieve Sales Targets
- Plan branch promotions to increase monthly sales and present to the Brand Manager.
- Seek new customer groups and propose activities to acquire E and R customers, as well as plan activities for M customers.
- Conduct work meetings with BC in the line of work, inspect branches, and check products to ensure monthly targets are met.
- Summarize and report sales results and promotional activities within the line to the Brand Manager.
- Sell products through offices and various organizations to find new customer groups and boost sales.

3. Check and Record Sales and Related Data
- Record sales and other relevant data every 5 days.
- Forecast sales and submit data to the Brand Manager.
- Prepare sales ranking reports and other reports for the Brand Manager.
- Check customer numbers and GWP stock for reporting to the Brand Manager.

4. Manage Counters, Furniture, and Promotional Equipment
- Oversee counters, facial treatment rooms, displays, images, cleanliness, and arrangement of products, testers, and GWPs.
- Prepare display equipment for new or main products and ensure proper arrangement.
- Prepare equipment for GWP orders in organizing on-counter/area promotions.

5. Manage BC (Beauty Consultants)
- Supervise overall appearance, personality, and attire of BCs.
- Develop knowledge, mindset, selling skills, and customer management (F, E, R, M).
- Monitor BC campaign activities and record their work schedules each month.
- Summarize working days and overtime for BC and submit to HR.

6. Control and Check Product Delivery and Stock
- Supervise and check product orders and arrangement of testers and GWPs.
- Review BC reports and expense claims.
- Inspect stock at each branch at least twice per year and report to the Brand Manager.
- Monitor and verify orders for equipment and in-counter expenses for reimbursement.
- Summarize expenses in the line and send to the Brand Manager.

7. Manage Travel Retail (King Power)
- Supervise the brand's counters and staff working at King Power according to instructions from Japan.
- Analyze the market, prepare reports, and attend monthly meetings with the Japan team.

8. Reporting
- Prepare reports or other tasks assigned by the Brand Manager.
- Report on competitor brands’ interesting activities or promotions in each department store.

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sale (Department channel) in FMCG such as cosmetic product, haircare, health care.
- Able to communication in English (Intermediate level)
- Able to use MS office, Especially Excel
