• Manage sales responsibilities within the designated region to consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets, annual or otherwise, assigned by management.
• Aid representative network by traveling to meetings, making presentations, providing technical information and answering required questions.
• Actively promote all Product Lines to engineering firms, trade organizations, owners and operators to aggressively increase awareness of the company name and company capabilities.
• Prepare trip reports.
• Attend internal sales meetings with updates on upcoming projects and forecasting for region.
• Provide budget quotes and pricing for projects to representatives, engineers, contractors or end users, in coordination with Product Line Managers.
• Review with Product Line Managers & comment on project or engineer’s specifications
• Assist Product Line Managers and Application Engineering in preparing bid proposals, advise on competitive situation of bid and strategy to discuss pricing, provide feedback and coordinate with representative to win contracts.
• Maintain CRM database, with Product Line Managers for all quotes/bids and track and update through to completion of order.
• Assist After-Market and Media Sales in the pricing and strategy of Aftermarket and Media Sales.
• Prepare annual sales projections for region, sales representative territories and update.
• Prepare strategic and tactical plans to improve profitable sales for region.
• Maintain knowledge of marketplace, competitive analysis and trends affecting industry.
• Coordinate Sales Support for region.
• Support plant engineering and operating personnel.
• Attend regional , national and international trade shows (as approved), and assist with set-up and tear down where required.
• Assist Marketing with content and distribution of electronic, print and presentation materials.
• Assist Project Management with the communication of field service requirements such as tank measurement, inspection, training, systems troubleshooting and system evaluation, when necessary and provide field feedback.
• Work with Product Line Managers and Application Engineering on the acquisition of detailed engineering drawings and required information, to enable projects to be fully engineered.
• Work with Product Line Managers, Legal, Customer Service and Director of Global Sales to obtain acceptable purchase orders in accordance with quote or bid proposal, and to meet Customer requirements.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Department in obtaining payments when requested.
• Work with Director of Sales on independent projects and other tasks, as assigned.

Responsible area: Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam

- Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree of engineering, science or related fields
- 5-10 years of sales experiences in prefer from water and waste water management industry
- Basic technical knowledge & skills about water and waste water management are required
- Able to travel overseas, mainly in Southeast Asia Sales Region, including with Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan Etc.
- Obtain own car and driving license
- Business level in English is required [Report to: American director]
- Strong communication & presentation skill
