• Oversee strategic management and execution for key regional clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers internally and externally.
• Lead efforts to meet sales targets and support long-term business growth and profitability.

1. Regional Account Management
• Recommend and support the selection of regional accounts to be managed across multiple countries.
• Understand client and operational needs to shape account strategy and grow business.
• Guide and assist operating units in line with account strategies.
• Evaluate both tangible and intangible performance outcomes.
• Lead or support direct sales efforts when needed.
• Assign tasks aligned with annual and development plans.

2. Account Development & Strategy
• Analyse key accounts to ensure customer needs are fully met.
• Support team members in building effective account development plans focused on growth and new opportunities.
• Monitor service quality across key accounts with regard to specific sales issues.
• Act as the first escalation point for account issues and coordinate resolution with team members and other departments.

3. Achieving Team Sales Targets
• Plan and coordinate account activities to retain existing business and achieve steady growth in revenue and volume.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region and global network.

4. People Leadership (for GM/SGM level)
• Hire, lead, and develop team members.
• Create a motivated work environment and encourage innovation.
• Set expectations and ensure team accountability.

• Male or female, aged 40–46
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in key account management in logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong background in designing logistics solutions
• Good command in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Power BI and CRM tools
• Deep knowledge of logistics sectors such as freight forwarding, contract logistics, and transport
• Proven track record in winning new business and keeping existing clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong strategic thinking and practical problem-solving ability
• Skilled in financial and pricing analysis
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Able to work independently and with teams across departments
• Shows adaptability, initiative, and collaborative spirit
• Strong conceptual thinking and solution design skills
• Commercially intuitive with a customer-focused mindset
