• Manage and retain key clients by understanding their needs and ensuring timely service.
• Develop and execute tailored strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Encourage customers to support the future growth, sustainability, and profitability of the business.

1. Client Relationship Management
• Gain deep understanding of the market and client needs to offer suitable logistics solutions.
• Create initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
• Handle client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.
• Join local meetings to understand real customer situations and requirements.

2. Sales and Business Growth
• Maintain current business levels in terms of revenue and volume.
• Identify and secure new opportunities for logistics services across the regional and global network.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow all key accounts.

3. Targeting and Business Development
• Identify and prioritise potential clients in the Mekong region with local sales teams.
• Lead efforts to develop new business, especially in the Chinese electric vehicle and tech sectors across South Asia.
• Share business plans and updates with internal teams.

4. Project Support and Pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customised solutions and proposals.
• Coordinate pricing strategies and assist in negotiations with relevant offices.

• Male or female, aged 31–36
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales or key account management in the logistics/freight forwarding business
• Strong background in logistics, including solution design
• Experience managing complex accounts and working with different teams
• Good command of English is required; Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with Power BI and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, contract logistics, and land transport
• Skilled in strategic and practical problem-solving
• Able to analyse financial data and pricing structures
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Independent, yet collaborative with strong teamwork skills
• Capable of managing internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Creative thinker with good solution design ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
