• Base Salary: 45,000-55,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
• Cost Living Allowance: 1,500 THB/month

Monday - Friday & Every other Saturday; 08.30 - 17.40

• Providing help and advice to customer on company’s service
• Assign each staff to work upon person skill and capability.
• Communication to make customer satisfaction with good relationship.
• Manage each staff to work as target, follow up result.
• Cooperation with Head of the department dept. to solve problem when unexpected situation incurred.
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
• Coordinate with all department to achieve target as the customer requirements.

• Male or Female, Age 30-40 years old.
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in Air freight Import Customer Service
• Good knowledge of Air Freight Forwarding Business
• Good services mind and ability to motivate and work in fast moving, pressure environment.
• Have a good communication skills with colleagues and customer.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making.
