• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and in-house services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical consulting and in-depth support to internal teams and subsidiaries regarding IT solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute IT support and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Manage IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring business continuity in case of IT failures.
• Travel to various locations, both domestically and internationally, to support IT infrastructure projects and provide on-site consulting as needed. The company will cover all travel arrangements and expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or MIS/Computer Business
• At least 3 years of IT related field
• Familiarity with client, server operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Extensive knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Familiar with enterprise services (e.g., RADIUS, DHCP, AD)
• Familiar with enterprise grade server and network equipment (e.g., Lenovo, HPE, Aruba, Cisco)
• Server migration, replacement and recovery
• Backup and restore (Synology, Veeam)
• Good command of English (Japanese communication would be a plus)
• Fast learning, knowledge sharing, analytical and problem solving, service-minded, strong interpersonal skill and team player personalities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, international environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as required, with the company providing support for travel logistics.
