• Manage and oversee all cybersecurity operations across the organization
• Supervise sub-teams, including SOC Analysts, IT Security Engineers, and Cybersecurity Compliance Officers
• Define security policies, lead security initiatives, and prepare risk reports for executive management
• Implement security standards such as TISAX and ISO/IEC 27001 across all departments
• Assess and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the legal department and other relevant teams to ensure all security practices comply with legal and corporate policies
• Install and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs
• Collaborate with SOC and Security Analysts to ensure the security of systems and networks

• Any gender, Age not over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) for the automotive industry is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in English
