• Oversee and ensure warehouse operations and transportation activities are carried out according to the operational plan
• Contribute to the development of warehouse policies aimed at cost efficiency
• Align warehouse policies with the overall goals and strategies of the company
• Coordinate with internal and external departments—such as government agencies, other department managers, branches, and service teams—to ensure alignment with operational plans
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates and provide necessary feedback or improvement plans
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to define departmental goals in line with company objectives
• Define storage policies for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials
• Plan manpower and resource utilization to achieve the lowest possible operating costs
• Develop warehouse management policies to ensure sufficient storage space to meet operational needs
• Ensure all warehouse operations are aligned with the company's strategic policies
• Manage and execute additional plans or projects as assigned by upper management
• Supervise five core departments: Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance (QA)

• Male, Female, age not over 47 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 8 years' experience in supply chain areas/ manager level.
• Result oriented, Planning and organizing.
• Leads innovation
• Knowledge of GMP, HCCP from food industry is the most advantage.
• Must have expertise in either purchasing, planning, or alternatively in QA, production, warehouse operations
