• Base Salary: 86,000-120,000 THB (Depend on Experience)
• Position Allowance: 15,000-18,000 THB

Monday - Friday, 8.00-17.20

Score 600 = 1,000 THB
Score 730 = 3,000 THB
Score 860 = 5,000 THB
• Japanese Language allowance : Able to submit JLPT certificate any time
N1 = 5,000 THB
N2 = 3,000 THB
N3 = 1,000 THB
• Medical allowance 416 THB/month

• (Manager Position: None) Transportation allowance 20 THB/day

1) Manage Module development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules. (Refrigerant cycle:Required, Chassis:If any)
2) Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define module specifications.
3) Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
4) Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
5) Control project budgets and report project status to management.
6) Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
7) Promote the growth of the team and members.

<Must>
・Male / Age 35-45 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
・At least 8-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in product development (air conditioners or electric home appliances, etc.)
・Knowledge of Refrigerant cycle for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design. (And also Chassis will be advantage)
・At least 1-3 years of experience in manager level and instructing subordinates as a team leader.
・Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
・Experience of Design review of the development
・Experience in CAD 2D/3D design
・Logical thinking and business communication skills
(e.g., organize discussions, discuss own opinions, summarize using consise phrases and diagrams)
・Positive thinking and willingness to learn new knowledge
・Knowledge of manufacturing and cost management.
・Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
・Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
・Good command of English

<Preferred>
・Understanding of Modular design method which can optimize DTC between raw material and manufacturing.
・Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry.
