Team Leadership Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation
• Develop team capabilities and build a clear talent development path to support long-term growth
• Allocate accounting tasks effectively, maintain a positive team environment, and improve overall efficiency
Operational Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily team operations and assign tasks to support production and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with material control, planning, and procurement to ensure timely material flow
• Manage warehouse material issues and ensure efficient in-out processes and production linkage
• Plan storage space, enforce 5S standards, and maintain clear labeling for improved efficiency
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and ensure smooth on-site operations

• Gender: Male, Female
• Not over 40 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse planning, layout, and processes specific to production facilities
• Proficient in SAP and ERP systems; familiar with WMS and warehouse system operations
• Able to operate EXCEL (basic functions), PowerPoint, PDA devices, and relevant warehouse software
• Good command of Chinese for communication
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving under pressure, and team coordination skills
