• Lead the deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather system requirements and define the project’s scope.
• Establish and maintain master data management strategies to uphold data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform gap analyses to highlight differences between existing business processes and the system's functionalities.
• Oversee the project timeline, monitor progress, and manage potential risks and issues efficiently.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of the ERP system.
• Identify, design, and implement enhancements to business processes for greater operational efficiency.

• Male or female, aged 30 - 40 years old
• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in gap analysis and managing master data.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Proven project management capabilities and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
