1. Online Marketing
Responsible for managing digital communication channels, generating leads, and supporting
the company’s online marketing efforts.

1.1 Respond to inquiries from multiple channels including phone calls, company website,
Facebook, LINE, and email newsletters.
1.2 Collect key customer data (company name, contact info, industry, end-user details) and
forward it to the appropriate distributor or salesperson.
1.3 Record all customer interactions and activities in the internal system.
1.4 Transfer inquiries requiring in-person visits or complex handling to the sales team.
1.5 Initiate strategies to increase the number of customer inquiries and online orders.
1.6 Coordinate digital marketing activities such as:
SEO and Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (SNS), Video content creation
1.7 Coordinate and develop strategies for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
1.8 Monitor and track marketing expenses; prepare regular reports to ensure campaigns remain
within budget.
1.9 Conduct market research to understand customer needs and evaluate the competitive
landscape.

2. Offline Marketing
Execute and manage traditional marketing activities and support brand visibility through events
and print media.

2.1 Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
2.2 Develop and produce marketing materials including product catalogues, leaflets, banners,
and product labels; manage inventory of these materials.
2.3 Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines and Thai legal
regulations.
2.4 Translate content (Thai English and English Thai) for websites, product descriptions, and
promotional texts.
2.5 Design visual content tailored to target audiences and various marketing platforms.
2.6 Prepare and present marketing activity reports to internal stakeholders and external
partners.

3. Business Development Coordination
Support the sales team and maintain strong coordination with partners, suppliers, and internal
departments.

3.1 Research, evaluate potential suppliers or distributors in both domestic and international
markets and coordinate with our partners as assigned.
3.2 Build and maintain up-to-date customer databases: support outreach activities including
calls and visits.
3.3 Schedule and participate in regular meetings (online or in-person) with key distributors.
3.4 Manage customer purchase orders and maintain current selling price lists.
3.5 Assist in issuing and dispatching necessary sales documents (Delivery Orders, Invoices, Tax
Invoices, Receipts, Billing Notes, etc.).
3.6 Support sales activities by drafting quotations and preparing sample request forms, as
needed for both domestic and international customers.

- Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field about science, chemical
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in both online and offline environments)
- Experience in sales support role will be advantage
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with distributors is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce or managing online marketplaces will be advantage
- Photo/Video editing software (basic level, e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere or similar).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicative level of English
- Excellent multitasker; comfortable managing online, offline, and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
