・Drive strategic & Agile Procurement; shift from reactive buying to proactive, project-aligned sourcing that adapts to supply chain changes.
・Maximize Cost Efficiency & Manage Risk: use alternative sourcing, Al forecasting, and pricing strategies to control costs and prevent material shortages.
・Digitize Procurement Operations: implement e-procurement platforms and data tools to automate track, and optimize sourcing process.
・Build Strong Vendor Partnerships: develop supplier rating systems and strategic vendor programs to ensure long-term, high performing relationships.
・Ensure Ethical & Regulatory Compliance: lead transparent procurement governance and enforce zero tolerance for unethical practices.
・Enhance Supply Chain Resiliency: apply multi-supplier and risk-mitigation strategies to withstand disruptions and reduce dependency.
・Develop a High-Performance Team: upskill the team through training, create data-driven, negotiation-savvy culture, and promote continuous learning.

・Male or Female / Age 45-50 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Preferred) or any related fields.
・At least 10-15 years of working experience in Construction company
・Good communication in English (Reading, writing, speaking)
・Can use Microsoft Office programs (excel / word / Power Point)
・Knowledge of materials, equipment, tools, machinery, etc., including their quality and types used in construction.
・Knowledge of procurement, contracting, sourcing, and rental of materials, installation work, tools, machinery, labor, and equipment used in construction projects.
・Understanding of quality management systems and occupational health and safety standards.
・Team management skills.
・Cost management skills.
・Skills in work planning and prioritization.
・Coordination and negotiation skills.

・Professional License : Associate Engineer (Preferred)
