• Launching the production line of the new plant
• Production control, creating production schedules
• Quality checks of products
• Ensuring production aligns with the schedule
• Inventory management
• Safety and personnel management
• Delivery tasks after product completion
• Meetings and reporting to Japanese Plant Manager

Conditions
• Have to training at Ayutthaya Plant @ Rojana Industrial Park around 1-2 months [Company will provide the accommodation]
• Rayong factory is under construction and is expected to be completed by August 2025
• Planned to start operations in January 2026

• Any gender, Age: 30–40 years old
• Nationality: Thai
• Bachelor's degree of Engineering or any related fields
• Experience: At least 5 years of production management for automotive parts industry
• Experiences with resin tube, hose, extrusion molding, or injection molding will be advantage
• Experiences in new set up factory will be advantage
• Language: English (intermediate), Japanese (preferred)
• License: Must have a personal car and a driver’s license
