• Analyze production data, identify performance bottlenecks, and develop solutions to optimize process parameters and increase overall plant efficiency.
• Lead a team of process engineers to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of production systems, equipment, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality control, and environmental health & safety to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the process engineering team.

• age: 35 - 52 years old
• Proven experience (8+ years) in process engineering within the cement or similar heavy industry
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, or related field)
• Good project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion may be advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.

Key Skills:
• Ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement in processes, quality, and environmental performance
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and leading cross-functional projects to optimize processes
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize benefit in cement manufacturing

Key Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of cement production processes, including raw material preparation, clinker production, and cement milling.
• Knowledge of cement chemistry, material properties, and techniques for developing new cement products or improving existing ones
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations & ISO Standards
