The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer accounts for international freight forwarding services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Cross-border Transport) and related logistics solutions. The role requires achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality service.

- Identify and develop new customer opportunities in the domestic and international markets
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing solutions that fit their logistics needs
- Prepare quotations and coordinate between customers and the operations team
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and report regularly to management
- Collaborate with the operations team to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

- Any gender
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of international freight services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Cross-border Transport)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
