• Manage end-to-end R&D projects including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. |

<Must>
• Male/Female, 35-45 years old • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering or related fields preferred; however, all fields are welcome) • 5+ years of project management experience in any industry • Language - English: Communication level (daily use, meetings, reports) - Japanese: Reading & Writing level preferred (for document handling, email communication) <Want> • Knowledge of manufacturing processes • Basic understanding of IT systems • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate – both Desktop and Cloud versions) • Experience in using programming languages such as Python • Knowledge and practical experience in AI incremental learning, including: - Creating training datasets from internal technical documents (data cleansing) - Applying training to machine learning models - Verifying results - Managing the end-to-end process through to operation launch • Knowledge and experience in CAE (e.g., structural analysis, fluid dynamics analysis, and refrigeration cycle simulation) • Good command of Japanese |
