• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot server systems and network devices
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security
• Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and backups
• Support cloud services and help with system migrations when needed
• Work with other teams to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Keep documentation up to date and follow IT standards and best practices
• Solve technical problems and improve system performance
• Coordinate with other teams to understand business needs and provide solutions
• Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements

• Male/Female, age around 25 - 35 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or as a system administrator
• Good knowledge and experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, File Server, and Email Server
• Strong understanding of basic network systems such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Switches, and Routers
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an advantage
• Good understanding of basic security systems (Firewall, Antivirus) and ability to solve related issues
• Intermediate (or above) in English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Knowledge of ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27000 standards is required
• IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, VMware) are a plus
