1) Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
2) Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define motor specifications.
3) Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
4) Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
5) Control project budgets and report project status to management.
6) Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
7) Promote the growth of the team and member.

・Male / Age 32-40 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or industrial engineering or related fields.
・At least 3 years of experience of project management in product development.

・Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
・Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner or electrical appliance design.
・Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
・Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level.
・Practical experience with Microsoft Office.
・Good command of English

<Preferred>
・Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements.
・Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry.
