You will be assigned one of the following tasks based on an assessment of your aptitude during the interview or after joining the company:
- Sales administration tasks (including email communication with government agencies and financial institutions)
- Resume masking tasks
- Internal help desk operations (system-related, including phone support)

- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Open for new graduates/experience
- Experience as Customer Service or studying abroad in Japan would be an advantage
- Good command of Japanese (Speaking, Reading and Writing)(N2 or N1 level)
- Computer literature in MS Office
- Good get-in-person communication and active listening skills
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
