As an account management associate, you are in the Event Management Team, your focus would
be serving the company’s clients – event organizers. You will be responsible for managing event organizers’ needs and requests to make sure they are satisfied with the company’s service. To that end, you will also deal with other parties including ticket buyers and third-party vendors for event-specific needs. Internally, you will be working closely with the sales, marketing and product team to ensure the client’s needs are adequately answered. To be able to deliver in this position, professional standards and etiquette should always be upheld, as well as being able to adapt your conversation style to that of individual customers and colleagues.

● Help event organizers or client use the company's IN-Event service in successfully
(On-boarding, Negotiating and Coordinating)
● Help define the project scope, goals, and deliverables while assessing risks to ensure
timely and successful delivery.
• Answer to event organizers’ needs and inquiries related to the company's IN-Event service
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring project requirement details align with current product standardization and client expectations.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Collaborate with clients to collect detailed project requirements, including artwork assets and copy and ensure that all client-provided assets are suitable for use and meet quality standards before implementation in projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement projects.
• Help define the project scope, goals, and deliverables while assessing risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor system performance during live events, ensuring seamless functionality across all payment terminals and access points.
• Monitor project progress, and report on project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day support to our Business and Developer teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement, sharing findings with the team.
• Work with the Product team to ensure compatibility between RFID systems and third-party services.

• Bachelor’s degree in management, communication or related fields
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English is strictly required as this position has to communicate and coordinate with oversea partners all the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Aspiring sales representative or pursuing a career in sales
• Experience in sales, customer service or dealing with various stakeholders
• Experience in RFID/NFC technology and System integration & optimization
