- Support Japanese Manager
- Manage various administration jobs
- Human resources duties including new personnel hiring
- Various applications and information verification for company establishment
- Support the launch of new businesses such as warehouse operations
- Perform as a Translator or communication support between Japanese Manager and relevant government agencies or Other Relevant agencies
- Interpretation, translation tasks and other necessary communications
- Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solving problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties
- Correspondence with the headquarters in Japan
- Complies with government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management on needed actions
- Other related duties as required

- Female
- Age:25-45 years old
- Have drivers license
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field, from a major of Logistics Management would be an advantage
- At least 3 years of experiences or more in logistics industry
- Have knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export operation
- Good command of Japanese(Speaking, Reading and Writing)(N2 level or higher)
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good attitude, service-minded, multi-tasking ability, active energetic, well-disciplined, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work as needed (For the warehouse business in Laem Chabang scheduled to commence operations in October 2025)
