• Handle domestics and import shipments and stock shipments.
• Handle commission payables, arrange payments, and process insurance.
• Prepare Internal documentation, including indent business and duly stamp.
• Customer registration, document courier arrangement.
• Checking export document and customs clearance expense.
• Proceed customer orders, arrange delivery, issue tax Invoices until getting payment.
1. Any gender, Age 22 – 25 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
3. New graduated candidates from logistics fields are welcome to apply
4. Working Experience of similar work (Sales coordinator, sales support) in trading company will be advantage
5. Have knowledge about import-export
6. Computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
7. Intermediate level of English
