- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
- Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, arranging delivery dates
- Handling orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers
- Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Conduct interpretation and support communication between Thai - Japanese
- Translate documents, emails and other necessary communications and assist meetings language support
- Other tasks as assigned

- Male, Female
- Age:22-34 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Open for new graduates/experience
- Good command in Japanese(JLPT N3 or above is preferred)
- Good communication in English
- Experience of minimum 2-3 years in sales support or related field would be an advantage
- Good in using MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail)
- Have service mind and coordination skill
