• Handle RFQ operational tasks such as receiving rates from SAO countries and support the submission of bids and tenders and follow up on their outcomes
• Perform reviews and benchmarking activities for price competitiveness
• Receive and manage related enquiries from countries within SAO region
• Maintain close collaboration and synergy with key functions in formulating bid strategies and tactical tender framework to enhance bidding success.
• Analyze customer tenders and ensure capability and customer requirements are correctly translated into pricing and solution document.
• Maintain timely tender data profiling and records on required platforms and databases.
• Ensure Post Mortem analysis performed by account owner and shared with related stakeholders for management review.
• Ensure smooth transition to Implementation team upon business award and assist on SOP setup specifically on rate aspect.
• Other duties and responsibilities assign by Direct Report and the Management.

<Must>
• Male/female
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Diploma holders qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Freight Forwarding and Multi-modal Logistic Tender Management. Regional or Global work experience is an advantage
• Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. * the candidate have to report to TH Manager and coordinate with Singaporean GM, English-speaking colleages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Tableu, PowerBI and QlikView is a plus.
• Strong in pricing analytics.
