1. Workforce Planning & Recruitment |
• Male/Female, age 35 - 50 years old
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) • Proven expertise in planning and implementing HR strategies, including career development and management • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, organizational structure design, workforce planning, and career path frameworks • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and influencing skills; capable of fostering positive employee relations and resolving organizational issues through collaboration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset; adaptable, quick-thinking, and highly detail-oriented • Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/TS 16949 • Willingness to work a Monday through Saturday schedule • Intermediate level in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with TOEIC around 500+ |
