• Network Infrastructure Monitoring and Support 24/7 (Able to on shift)
• Support Troubleshooting Incident within SLA.
• Perform Change Configuration for Customers.
• Identification of customer requirements and developing solutions.
• Provide support and network consulting for any request from Customers.
• If ever manage in a larger scale of customer is prefered.

• Male/Female, age not over 35 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
• Experience between 3-8 years.
• Have experience with managing enterprise network products (F5-LTM, WAF, Infoblox, Firepower, Palo Alto, ASA, Prisma Access, Cisco)
• Have experience with Trouble Shooting with TCP/IP, Switch L3-L2, Dynamic Routing.
• Have an experience with Cisco ACI, VMware NSX.
• Have an experience with Team Call.
• Good communication in English language.
• Work with under pressure
• Able to work in shift
• Familiar with remoter support for TSHOOT incident, Perform Change Request on multi-sbrand of enterprise product.
• Presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skill.
