- Inform sales about the product information
- Main customers are nurse and doctor in hospital
- Create visual aids that align with the company’s global strategy
- Organize and lead scientific meetings for customers, providing clear and engaging information about the product
- Suggest new ideas and initiatives to improve sales and customer engagement
- Continuously learn about the company’s product line
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Help customers choose the right product for their needs
- Demonstrate product features accurately and fully
- Clearly communicate technical specifications of products
- Record all customer interactions, including contact details for follow-up
- Follow up with potential customers
- Suggest related products and services to new customers
- For Renal Products, act as a specialist to advise the renal support team on clinical management
- Perform other tasks as needed

- Male/Female age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse or similar experience in the Medical and Clinical field
- Have a license to practice as a registered nurse in Thailand is preferred
- Strong experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to memorize product details and demonstrate their use accurately
- Good command of the English language (Have to go out with team both domestic and international)
- Proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have driving license and car (travel outside 60%)
