• Support the sales team in operations related to sales and customer service.
• Communicate with customers and relevant parties in both Japanese and Thai.
• Assist in translation and communication between the company and Japanese-speaking staff.
• Provide advice and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders.
• Support in compiling sales reports and analyzing sales performance.
• Coordinate with Headquarters in Japan as assigned.

• Male or Female/ Age 28-39 years old
• Thai Nationality or Half Thai-Half Japanese
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related.
• 2 years in sales or sales support or BD experience.
• IT knowledge is advantage
• Proficiency (Fluent) in English
• Proficiency (Fluent) in Japanese (JLPT N1*)
• Strong business communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and high responsibility.
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs fluently
