・ Responsibility for your sales target to meet the company's business plan
・Communicate with overseas customers to build up a good relationship and support their requirement
・ Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery, marketing activities and so on
・ Analyze the sales situation and propose ideas to customers to ensure that your sales target is achieved
・ Make a yearly business plan for your responsible areas
・ Handle claimed products from customers.
・ Regularly work closely with Japan Headquarter for any sales and marketing issue
・ Provide sales and marketing reports to superiors and HQ in English and Japanese
・ Supervise and educate subordinates to achieve the company's target.
・ Handle other tasks assigned by superiors

・ Nationality - Thai or Japanese
・ Age between 35 - 45 years old
・ Experience in export sales at least 2 years is a must
・ Experience of domestic sales is a plus
・Good command of English (TOEIC >600 pt.) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is required.
・Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
・Good communication and negotiation skills
・Able to go on a business trips abroad (South East Asian countries)
