• Responsible for training as assigned
• Cooperate and coordinate with the sales, service, and repair teams to provide information service to customers.
• Organize training for customers according to assigned courses under the company's product
• Learn more and prepare other training courses upon request from clients.
• Study and develop yourself to be knowledgeable and capable of supporting current and future technologies.
• Responsible for other related tasks within and outside the department as assigned by the supervisor.
• Regularly check the availability of equipment for internal and external training.
• Take care of the orderliness of the equipment and the environment inside the training room.
• Regularly inspect equipment and training tools to ensure they are ready.
• Prepare and update training materials in the courses you are responsible for. to be always available and up-to-date with today’s technology

• To be known and accepted in the industry as well as other related business groups that have the potential to compete over competitors in all aspects
• Able to work on-site on upcountry (overnight)
• Technical consulting services for customers who have problems using products of the company that have been sold.
• Serving customers in factories or job sites to bring knowledge and experience gained from real work to apply and develop their teaching style
• Work with other departments in the company when they need help with other tasks and activities. that occur within the company
• Cooperate in self-development and organizational activities.

• Male/Female, Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
• 2-5 years of training experience or working experience as an instructor or as a technical/engineering college/university instructor
• Proficiency in using the SCADA system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have the skills to communicate and coordinate with different departments within the company and its customers
• Have a passion for teaching and transferring knowledge to others
• Good human relations with others
• Ability to listen, read and write English at a good level (TOEIC > 550 Score up)
• Able to drive a car and have a driver’s license and own car
• Ability to work with multiple jobs.

• Able to travel in assigned area for company business.
