Working location for this position: Head Office (Nakornpathom)/
Have plan to relocate the office to Bangkok in the future.

・ Set strategies, supervise the logistics platform business to ensure that operations meet the company's standards and customer satisfaction.
・Work closely with logistics service providers to track operational improvement needs, provide relevant consultation and advice.
・Take proactive sales actions, set goals, plan work, continuously modify and improve logistics processes to support the business.
・Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that service delivery is smooth, timely, cost-effective and accurate.
・Manage resources such as personnel, work processes and finances to ensure that cost operations are appropriate.
・Implement the company's policies and procedures, monitor, measure and continuously develop.
・Participate in monthly executive meetings, report on performance results to achieve business objectives.

・Male or Female / Age not over 50 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or other related fields
・10 years of experience in the transportation business.
・5 years of experience in the management level.
・Have comprehensive knowledge of transportation nationwide (Cross Docking, First Mile, Last Mile)
・Good command of English
・Have high motivation to work, can work well as a change manager
・Able to solve problems and make decisions quickly under pressure
・Have leadership skills, good negotiation skills, and manage people and teams to work together effectively
・Able to communicate in Chinese (It will be given special consideration)
