Developing a strategic media plan for the products.
Launch, manage, and optimize mobile and PC marketing campaigns across key channels including Facebook, Google, and other ad networks.
Create and maintain campaign structures, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
Work closely with the design team to develop and implement innovative campaign concepts.
Foster growth through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation across multiple platforms.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns, explore new and innovative ideas across marketing channels, leverage targeting and personalization data, and develop automated solutions

Bachelor's degree of higher in related field
Any gender age 25 - 30 years old
1-2+ years working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Ad Networks) with proven success for
Senior level
5+ years in Performance Marketing for Assistant Manager Level, preferably in similar business (Online game or online business)
Strong background in user acquisition (UA) marketing with excellent analytical and ad optimization skills.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google UAC, Google Display,
Google Search, and YouTube. Experience with additional
networks (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads, TikTok) is advantageous.
Familiarity with mobile marketing attribution tools (e.g., Apps flyer, Adjust) and technical tracking/integration (e.g., UTM,
FB pixel, Google Analytics, Firebase, SDK implementation etc.).
In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions and familiarity with gaming or mobile app launches is preferred.
