- Good command of Japanese(Speaking, Reading and Writing)(N2 level or higher)
- Must have specialized knowledge related to food
- Individuals capable of independently creating and developing products such as hamburg steak and tonkotsu soup
- Have experience in production management or product development in the food industry (factory)
- Experience of working at a Japanese company would be an advantage
- Able to work independently
