Monday-Friday, Flexible Hours (Starting from 7.30 - 10.00), 8.5 hour workday

• Assist Training team when doing all training classes, on-the-job training and meeting with agencies.
• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each BC's (Beauty Consultant) progress and report to manager.
• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translating training documents).
• Help research new teaching techniques and attend all international education conferences (Around once a month).
• Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report directly to training managers to create new BC training class, while helping follow-up new BC within their probation period & assist training manager when making Monthly Reports.
• Support beauty managers when organizing BC Annual test plan & making instructional program for BC Annual Test.

• Female
• Age 27 years or older
• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science or other related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC 600 up)
• Experience in training
• Interest in skincare and cosmetics
