- Ascertain that the products and supplies are of high quality and meet the company's requirements.
- Check to see if the supplier's quality control procedure meets our requirements.
- Maintain and track the performance of the suppliers, including product qualifications, delivery schedules, and potential future development.
- Visit the supplier and verify their performance on their premises, ensuring that they will improve in accordance with our guidelines.
- Deliver the parts on schedule, coordinate with the local subsidiary supplier and engage with the purchasing division internally.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Understanding of manufacturing/procurement processes, policies, and systems is required.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Able to travel upcountry and internationally on business (Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.)
- Able to assess problems and plan better solutions
- Good command of English verbal and written communication abilities (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
- Able to translate and interpret between Japanese and English
