• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements from customers.
• Define features, pros, and cons of the product in order to support product selection.
• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to meet customer requirements.
• Supply the technical details of proposed solutions and man-day estimation.
• Create presentation documents and explain technical terms to customers.
• Always seek and catch up on new technology trends in the market.

• Male or Female, age 28-35 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer engineering or Computer Science or related fields.
• 3-5 Years have experience relating pre-sale (technical) or implementation in IT systems and networks.
• Understand general concepts of systems and network trending on the market.
• Familiar with enterprise products such as Vmware, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure)
• Good communication in the English language.
• Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware, AWS, Azure certified will be an advantage.
