- Lead our ‘TMT Academy’ by monitoring, developing and updating all courses and related contents/materials in all subjects. To ensure they are designed at high caliber and appropriate standards, in order to create the Knowledge Management of the company and upskill TMT people at all level.
- Develop and implement the ’Performance Management System’ that includes performance evaluations and assessment tools, performance development, career development and succession planning.
- Design and implement ‘Training & Development program’ for all employees through various methodologies including individual development plans, training courses, E-learning, developmental assignments via internal and external sources. Identify and assess Training Needs through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals and consulting with the related functional heads and also to align with company directions.
- Generate and deploy TMT Competency model and development roadmap.
- Formulate identifications, criteria & methodology and assessment tools for Talent and Successor acquisition. To attract, retained talented staff and develop career paths program and to equip the pipeline with the right workforce as well.
- Improve procedures and policies to facilitate smooth and effective Knowledge Development process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training and knowledge development activities and regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Manage, coach, consult and develop the Knowledge and Development team to be able to design, deliver and facilitate interventions to a high standard and aligned with the company’s strategy and vision.
