Running production line of PCBA as factory manager including;
1.1 Equipment maintenance and management (SMT, Auto-Inserter, Wave solder, Inspection machine, etc)
1.2 Production efficiency improvement activities.
1.3 Report equipment maintenance status & operation status to related members.

・ Male, age around 30 - 45 years old
・ Japanese Nationality
・ Vocational or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering-relating field
・ Able to communicate in English (no higher levels required)
・ Experienced in operating SMT machine & soldering machine
【 Note: Following are nice-to-have skills】
・Understanding about ISO9001、 ISO14001、 IATF16949
・ Having qualification or completion of training course
・ Experience in preventive maintenance: 5Why analysis, APQP, P-FMEA, CORE TOOL etc.
・ Good understanding and experience in the following process analysis method:
TYPE1: Flow process chart Processing process analysis
TYPE2: Assembly chart (Assembly process analysis)
TYPE3: Flow diagram Flow analysis
TYPE4: Route analysis Similar process analysis
