1) Support claim handling of overseas travel insurance, Health insurance etc.
2) Contact Japanese clients and Head office in Japan.
3) Provide claim services to Japanese clients.
4) Other assignments by Superior.

1) Japanese nationality (can be Half Japanese-Thai), age not over 38 years old.
2) Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
3) At least 3 years of working experience as a Customer Service or Sales Coordinator taking care of Japanese customers.
4) Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be an advantage.
5) Native or Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 only) for Half Thai/Japanese Candidate
6) Good command in English
7) Able to communicate in Thai will be a good advantage
8) Have positive attitudes, service-minded, pleasant personality, interpersonal and communication skills, sincere and sensitivity to others.
9) Organized, mature and work well both in the team and independently.
10) Computer literate (MS Office).
