1.Handling the recruitment and selection process and training development process.
2.Supporting the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
3.Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4.Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
5.Ensuring all legal compliance throughout human resource management.
6.Managing overall administrative functions such as general affairs, visas, and work permits for ex-pat staff.

1.Female, aged over 35 years old.
2.Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
3.Experiences in HRD, HRM, and Admin (if candidates have experiences in factory fields will be special consideration).
4.Knowledge to submit a legal license, VISA, Work permit under BOI conditions.
5.English must be fluent (TOEIC 700 up but not prefer)
6.Has management skills.
7.Ability to work at Samutprakarn, Bang-Poo area.
