▪ Manage and develop relationships with Thai and overseas customers (including China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and others).
▪ Increase business sales and market share while maintaining existing client relationships.
▪ Continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
▪ Identify and approach new customers; introduce products to potential and emerging markets.
▪ Explore and develop new business opportunities and sales leads through various channels.
▪ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customers’ requirements are fully met.
▪ Prepare and manage annual and monthly sales plans.
▪ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
▪ Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and risks.
▪ Provide regular updates and maintain accurate sales forecasts for both existing and new business.
▪ Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
▪ Prepare, maintain, analyse, and summarise sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
▪ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers through regular meetings (e.g. quarterly business reviews).
▪ Track customer volume performance and update customer status in the system.
▪ Advise the team on key planning issues and provide recommendations for important business decisions and operational improvements.
▪ Work effectively in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
▪ Oversee credit control and ensure proper payment follow-up.
▪ Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.

▪ Male/Female, age 21 - 26 years
▪ Thai Nationality
▪ Bachleor's Degree in Science/Business/Agro-Industry with a Major in Marketing/Management/Food Science
▪ 1-3 years in the food industry or related (Modified Starch is preferable)
▪ Knowledge in the food industry and wholesaling
▪ Knowledge of food materials/ingredient sales
▪ Good English communication (Intermediate level or above)
▪ Able to use all standard MS office programs and Email
▪ Able to drive and possess a valid driving license. (Company car is provided)
